Role of Departments

PURCHASING DEPT.

is responsible for buying raw materials and components
is responsible for buying goods and sell on
is responsible for managing levels of stock held

SALES & MARKETING DEPT.

is responsible for customer enquries
is responsible for processing orders
is responsible for handling customer complaints

FINANCE DEPT.

is responsible for recording money recieved from customers
is responsible for depositing money in bank
is responsible for creating Financial documents such as Trading, Profit and Loss account

HUMAN RESOURCES DEPT.

is responsible for keeping up staff morale
is responsible for conducting the recruitment and selection process
is responsible for organising staff training
